Refund Policy

 

RETURNS

        All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the product to the address below. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

        To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary. 

        We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

        Additional non-returnable items: 

  • - Gift cards 
  • - Some health and personal care items 

        To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
        Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

        There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted

  • - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
  • - Any item that is returned more than 30 days after receiving day.

Please fill in your delivery address carefully. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, we will not be able to refund you.

REFUNDS

        Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
        If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.  Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Can I cancel my order?

You can contact us to cancel the order within 24 hours after placing the order, and we will cancel the order for you and give you a full refund. If you need to cancel the order due to customer reasons after 24 hours, we will charge a 15% order processing fee, and we will provide You refund 85% of the order value.

Refund process

1. Contact us via support@yyvonne.com to communicate about return matters, and it is best to attach your order number when contacting.
2. We provide you with a suitable solution. If you need to return the goods, please return the package to the warehouse address we replied to you at your own expense.
3. Wait for our warehouse to receive the return package and process the refund for you

Refund Timeline

It will take approximately 20 days from when you return the package to when you receive your refund.

1. You can cancel your order by contacting us within 30 days of receiving the package

2. We will wait for your package to be delivered after returning it. we will process the refund within 7 days after receiving your package. The refund will be returned to your original payment account.

EXCHANGES

        We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@yyvonne.com and send your item to our address.

GIFTS

        If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
